Services

We offer a wide range of services, from child care services to senior care services, from nursing to physical therapy. Our goal is to help you maintain a high quality of life through best health practices, and our entire staff is dedicated to this goal.


An overview of our services includes but not limited to the following; personal care/ hygiene, mobility assistance, medication reminders, house keeping, meal preparation, recuperative care, wound care, catheter care, visiting nurses, insulin injections, medication administration, wheelchair assistance, respiratory treatment, and G-tube.

Registered Nurses

Here are some of our services that our Registered Nurses provide;

  • Assesses patient needs and develops plan of care with physician.
  • Coordinates and oversees care plan with patient, family, and support staff—LVNs and nurse assistants. Monitors and evaluates patient response to treatment, medication, and healing or mobilization progress.
  • Oversees case management.
  • Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs)—mobility, bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
  • Administers medication and intravenous infusions.
  • Takes vital signs, draws labs, and manages wound care.
  • Tends to wounds and other needs of home health patients.
  • Works with clinical healthcare professionals to coordinate home care.
  • Performs physical assessments.


Personal Care Assistants

Personal Care Assistants provides services in the patient's home with the goal of enabling the patient to remain at home. The services provided may include personal care services such as hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), e.g., eating, bathing, dressing, and bladder and bowel requirements; homemaker services and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), e.g., taking medications, shopping for groceries, laundry, housekeeping, and companionship; and/or supervision or cuing so that a person can perform tasks themselves.

Physical Therapists

Physical therapists (PTs) are licensed health care professionals who diagnose and treat individuals of all ages, from newborns to the very oldest. PTs examine each individual and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. In addition, PTs work with individuals to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles. Treat conditions of the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and/or integumentary systems.

Occupational Therapist

An occupational therapist provides interventions based on evaluation and which emphasize the therapeutic use of everyday life activities (i.e., occupations) with individuals or groups for the purpose of facilitating participation in roles and situations and in home, school, workplace, community and other settings. Occupational therapy services are provided for the purpose of promoting health and wellness and are provided to those who have or are at risk for developing an illness, injury, disease, disorder, condition, impairment, disability, activity limitation, or participation restriction. Occupational therapists address the physical, cognitive, psychosocial, sensory, and other aspects of occupational performance in a variety of contexts to support engagement in everyday life activities that affect health, well-being, and quality of life.
